(LEX 18) — Paula Endara made a name for herself in season 22 of Bravo's "Top Chef." She finished in the top eight and went to the finals as a sous chef. The native of Ecuador now shares her talents in Lexington as the executive chef of Granddam and Lost Palm at The Manchester.
In 2026, Endara will be at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival and will do collaboration dinners at The Manchester and around the country.
