LEX 18 Summer Reads Visits Cynthiana-Harrison Public Library

Our fourth stop on our LEX18 Summer Reads tour, took us to the Cynthiana-Harrison County Public Library. The “story lady” Cindy Franklin lead the day’s STEAM activities, including weather experiments, arts and crafts. The children “created” rain, colored their own umbrellas and decorated UVB bracelets that changed colors in the sun. Meteorologist Jill Szwed read Oh Say Can You Say What’s The Weather Today, to the children.
