LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Downtown Lexington Partnership has announced the schedule for the Luminate Lexington events.
Luminate Lexington, presented by Kentucky Utilities Company, includes the following activities: Unified Trust Company Ice Rink, the Christmas Tree Lighting Festival presented by Immanuel Baptist Church, and Lexington’s Christmas Parade presented by Metro by T-Mobile.
The Tree Lighting Festival will take place on Nov. 29, and the actual lighting of the tree will be at 6 p.m. and will conclude before the UK men's basketball team plays at 7 p.m. at Rupp.
The Christmas Parade has been moved to Saturday this year.

Unified Trust Company Ice Rink opens in Triangle Park
Friday, November 29
3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. – Lexington’s Christmas Tree Lighting Festival, presented by Immanuel Baptist Church, in Triangle Park
6:00 p.m. – Tree Lighting Ceremony begins
Saturday, December 7
11:00 a.m. – Lexington’s Christmas Parade, presented by Metro by T-Mobile, on Main Street
