ROCKCASTLE, Ky. (LEX 18) - A woman is dead following a crash on I-75 northbound in Rockcastle County.
According to KYTC, the right and middle lanes are blocked at the 68 mile marker. The left lane is open.
Crews are currently on scene. Please allow yourself plenty of time on that stretch of road. No detour has been established.
