Dialing up the heat and humidity

We'll be back to feeling like July this weekend.

The past few days have been fantastic! It wasn't felt like late July at all, but that's all about to change this weekend. The good news is we'll keep it dry from start to finish. The not-so-good news is that we'll start dialing the heat and humidity back up. Temperatures will warm close to 90 degrees each of the next three days. Along the way there will be a bit more humidity. By Sunday it will feel as the end of July should in Kentucky - the forecast calls for a hot and muggy day with mostly sunny skies.

This welcomed dry spell will hang on into the start of the upcoming work week. A weak boundary will guide in the next chance for storms on Tuesday. Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will be possible mid-week. Behind the front there will be another dip in temperature and mugginess. Highs will stabilize in the mid 80s with a touch of humidity during the early days of August.
