Fiery crash turns deadly in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (LEX 18) — A fiery crash that closed I-64 westbound for several hours in Louisville left one dead.

Police said just before 5 p.m. on Sunday, a disabled vehicle was rear ended by another vehicle.

This caused the disabled vehicle to burst into flames.

The driver died at the scene.

The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital and is expected to be okay.
