Better late than never. Fall finally arrived and boy, did it deliver this weekend. We enjoyed some cool afternoons and also recorded the frost, even freeze in cases, this morning. The fall feel will stick around for a while. Tonight won't be as cold as last night with lows in the mid 30s to the lower 40s. Patchy frost will be possible in valley locations.
There will be some variability in temperature this week between cool fall days and some warmer ones. The week begins with highs climbing through the 70s. A mid-week cold front will bring a few showers followed by briefly cooler temperatures. The trend is looking up into next weekend. Next Saturday will be picture perfect for any outdoor fall activities. An even stronger cold front will move across the middle of the country late next weekend. Our rain and storm chances will be on the rise through the end of the latest 8 Day Forecast.
