HARRISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Some folks in Harrison County found a way to lift the spirits of people in nursing homes and hospitals.
On Sunday, a police escort led a parade through Cynthiana featuring motorcycles and antique cars.
They drove around to area nursing homes as well as Harrison Memorial Hospital.
The idea initially was intended for kids, to give them something fun to do.
But organizers decided to take the route by nursing homes to show their support and love for those who may be isolated.
