LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Equipment issues prevented the health department from spraying for mosquitoes as previously scheduled.
The issues have been resolved and mosquito spraying will continue 3-6 a.m. on July 11 in parts of the 40505 and 40511 ZIP codes.
The health department cites a high population of mosquitoes found in those neighborhoods as reason for the treatment.
