WAYNE COUNTY, Ky. — UPDATE: Mullins was arrested and charged with escape 2nd.
The Wayne County Detention Center is seeking an inmate who walked away from work release.
According to the jailer, Robert Mullins, 45, of Umatilla, Fla. walked away from work release detail at the Wayne County courthouse. Mullins is a state inmate being held for flagrant nonsupport out of Russell County.
