LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Before Saturday night's football game against the Razorbacks, the Wildcats paid tribute to Jared Lorenzen.
The former UK quarterback passed away in July after being hospitalized with an infection, kidney and heart problems.
He led Kentucky to a comeback in 7 overtimes against Arkansas in '03.
There were many former coaches and players in attendance for the celebration at Kroger Field.
UK'S injured quarterback Terry Wilson also wore Lorenzen's jersey number 22.
