JOHNSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Kentucky State Police troopers are investigating a deadly fire in Johnson County.
Troopers were reportedly called just before 5:00a.m. to a house fire on Grassy Creek in the Staffordsville community.
Troopers say one person was found dead in the home. The victim has been identified as 62-year-old Marvin D. Saylor.
KSP has opened a death investigation into the incident.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
