Kentucky woman dies after falling from cliff in Hawaii

HAWAII (LEX 18) — A Kentucky woman has died after falling from a cliff in Hawaii.

On Thursday, a woman was in an area commonly known as "Chutes and Ladders." This area has a steep free climb and natural pool below.

According to Hawaii News Now, Nicole Baker, 37, from Louisville, who was initially identified as Jamie Baker, fell about 45 feet to the bottom of the cliff.

Baker was airlifted to the hospital for treatment, but died soon after.

Baker is survived by a two-year-old daughter.
