LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping.
Police said Christopher Bates, 32, held another person against their will on Friday, hoping to get a reward.
Police said the victim was terrorized and injured in the process.
The arrest report said that the victim sustained a wrist injury.
Bates has been charged with kidnapping and fourth-degree assault.
