LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man has been charged with sexually abusing a minor.
Matthew Milling, 31, has been accused of giving a girl under the age of 16 alcohol at his home on two occasions.
Milling also tried to subject her to sexual conduct.
Police said Milling allegedly succeeded with the second attempt.
Milling has been charged with sex abuse, attempted sex abuse and unlawful transaction with a minor.
