LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police got a call Saturday night about a Lexington man who had been shot while taking out his trash.
The call came in around 11 p.m. and the incident happened outside of a home on Post Road near Clays Mill and Reynolds Road.
The man told police that he stepped outside, heard a bang, then felt pain in his leg.
Police said the man suffered a minor grazing wound and should be okay.
As of Sunday morning, no shooter has been identified.
