LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Lexington police were questioning three people after an alleged gun purchase went bad overnight.
Authorities said the incident happened Wednesday just before midnight on Bayou Court in the Eastland Parkway area.
Police said two men met with a woman to buy a gun from her.
Officials tell LEX 18 that at some point one of the men threaten to shoot the woman and fired a round into the ground.
Police arrived on the scene and took all three into custody.
No charges were announced immediately after the incident.
