LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) - — Lexington police have a part time opportunity and are seeking to hire school crossing guards. If you would be interested in helping children safely arrive and leave school, here's what you need to know to apply for the job.
Most guards are on post for 30 minutes to 1 hour and you can select a morning and/or afternoon post. You must be able to stand for at least 30 minutes. All required equipment will be provided and the department is offering competitive pay.
Working days will follow the Fayette County Public Schools calendar.
