LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police in Lexington arrested a man who they said fired several gunshots into a east side bar after being kicked out for being disorderly.
Authorities arrested 26-year-old George Frakes in the shooting.
Officials said Frakes was kicked out of Office Lounge around midnight for being drunk and disorderly.
Witnesses told police that Frakes then went to his vehicle where he retrieved a handgun and fired several shots into the bar.
Police following leads later apprehended Frakes at his home.
Authorities tell LEX 18 that a man later showed up at an area hospital with minor graze wounds. The victim apparently drove himself from the bar to the hospital after being struck in the arm and torso.
The man's wounds were not believed to be life-threatening.
