LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington woman is accused of crashing her car while drunk, with her 6-year-old inside.
Police say 26-year-old Racquel Lopez collided with another car on East New Circle Road around 9:30p.m. on Saturday.
Lopez reportedly had her 6-year-old son in the car.
According to a police report, when asked, she told officers she had two drinks that night, but when Lopez took a breathalyzer test she blew a .205.
Lopez also reportedly told police she had no driver's license nor insurance.
