MERCER COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Mercer County man accused of firing a fun at an officer in 2018 was back in court on Tuesday.
John Peach is accused of confronting several officers with a gun inside a home on Bacon Court in Harrodsburg in October 2018.
Shots were fired and Peach was hurt during the shooting. Peach recovered and was later arrested.
He was scheduled for a pre-trial conference.
