WARREN COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Deputies in Warren County, Kentucky responded to a domestic violence complaint on Friday that escalated quickly.
Upon arrival, deputies found that Thomas Moss, 32, had barricaded himself inside the residence and was armed.
Moss also had his 18-month-old daughter inside the residence with him.
After hours of negotiating, Moss surrendered to deputies without a scene.
Moss was taken into custody and taken to the Warren County Regional Jail.
Moss was charged with assault in the fourth degree and wanton endangerment.
