LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man has been arrested after being accused of raping a woman in his home.
Charles Russell, 35, has been accused of forcing a woman to perform several sex acts against her will on June 21.
The woman told police that she had learned from past experience that Russell allegedly would assault her if she said no.
Russell is being held on one count of first degree rape.
