NEW HAVEN, Ky. (LEX 18) — Police have charged a man with arson, following a house fire in New Haven.
The fire happened on Eddie Miles Road in New Haven, just have 11 p.m. on Wednesday.
The Nelson County Sheriff's Office conducted an investigation and found that a man was seen running away from the house once the fire started.
On Thursday, Gary Kinder Junior, 28, was arrested.
Kinder has been charged with second-degree arson and is being held on outstanding warrants.
Kinder is being held in the Nelson County jail.
