LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A man has been indicted on two counts of manslaughter in connection with a February crash that killed two brothers.

Bobby Puckett was 18 at the time of the crash. An indictment says that on or around February 17, Puckett "wantonly operated a motor vehicle" causing the deaths of "R. Sanders" and "N. Sanders." An email from Sayre School to parents said that Roan and Neo Sanders, teenage brothers who attended the school, died in the crash. Puckett was transported to the University of Kentucky Hospital for treatment of serious injuries.

Police believe that they didn't get called to the scene of the crash on Harrodsburg Road until a pedestrian saw the wreckage several hours after it had happened.
