(LEX 18) — A body recovered from a river in Alaska in July has been identified as a missing Louisville, Kentucky fisherman.
The Alaska State Medical Examiner said the body found in the Susitna River was that of missing Bill Hartlage, 76.
Hartlage was reported missing back in June after he did not come home from a fly fishing trip.
Several crews, including helicopters, looked for him, but a boater spotted his body partially submerged just last week.
Hartlage was a well-known defense attorney in Bardstown and Louisville.
