LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Lexington Police Department reports that one person was injured and another was arrested following a crash late Sunday night on I-64 westbound near Haley Pike in Lexington.
According to police, two vehicles were involved, and one driver was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries while another was arrested and charged with DUI.
Court documents reveal that 21-year-old Jacob Diallo was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving, tampering with physical evidence, possession of marijuana, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator's license.
Diallo is booked in the Fayette County Detention Center.
