MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — One person was transported to the hospital after a serious crash in Kirksville.
According to the Kirksville Volunteer Fire Department, two vehicles collided. An occupant of one of those vehicles was trapped inside and crews asked dispatch for assistance with extrication.
Crews on scene stretched a line and assisted with extricating the patient from the vehicle.
The patient was taken to the hospital. There is no word on that person's condition.
