SCOTT COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two drivers are in critical condition after a crash in Scott County.
The crash happened around 5 p.m. on Monday on Leestown Road near Paynes Depot.
Officials said the vehicles were headed in opposite directions on Leestown Road when one vehicle crossed the center line and hit the other head on.
LEX 18 was told that both drivers were taken to the University of Kentucky Hospital.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
