MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (RICHMOND REGISTER) — Two people from Madison County have been indicted on child abuse charges.

The Richmond Register reported that Tammy Jackson, 46, and Jeffrey Sparks, 45, have been faced with several charges, including use of a minor in a sexual performance and sexual abuse.

Jackson was arrested in August.

According to an article from the paper, Jackson said the two bought alcohol and, when they got back home, she and a child changed into matching undergarments.

The paper also reported that Jackson told officials she and the minor had a daiquiri chugging contest and the two danced in front of Sparks.

Investigators said that Jackson then reportedly performed sexual acts with Sparks and smoked marijuana in front of the child.
