2 sent to hospital, 1 sent to jail after shooting in Simpson County

SIMPSON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Two women were sent to the hospital and a third was sent to jail after a shooting that happened on Friday in Simpson County.

Franklin Police said that 66-year-old Paula Cashman, of Nashville, told police that she had shot the two women.

The two women were sent to a Nashville hospital for treatment.

Cashman was arrested and charged with attempted murder, wanton endangerment and receiving a stolen firearm.
