LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Three shootings, one of which was a fatality, kept police busy in Lexington overnight.
The first happened just after midnight on Rugby Road. Police say that gunshots hit a Lexington home with a woman and her three children inside.
The second happened a few hours later on Cambridge Drive. Neighbors tell LEX 18 that they heard about ten gunshots and then cries for help. The victim is expected to be okay.
The final shooting happened on Devonport Drive. Police said that someone called 911 saying that they think someone had been shot. When police arrived, they found a 21-year-old Christian Cubert with gunshot wounds.
He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
