LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)- The Fayette County Coroner has identified the victim in an overnight shooting in Lexington.
21-year-old Christian Cubert was killed after being shot on Devonport Drive at 6 a.m.
It is the ninth homicide in Lexington this year.
Police say someone called 911 saying they thought someone had been shot. When police arrived the transported Cubert to the hospital where he was pronounced deceased.
