JACKSON, Ky. (LEX 18)- Breathitt County Schools will be dismissing early due to a water outage.
According to Breathitt County Schools, a lightning strike is causing issues at the water plant. The school will dismiss at 11 a.m.
The school is on spring break for the remainder of the week.
