LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Lexington Police have made an arrest in the Trent Circle homicide investigation from March 18.
On Thursday, 24-year-old Steven L. Young was arrested and charged with murder in the case. He was lodged in the Fayette County Detention Center.
On March 18 at 5:15 a.m., police responded to the area of Trent Boulevard and Trent Circle for a call about shots fired that had struck a residence. Police said that several vehicles were also damaged as the result of the gunfire. A short time later, officers learned that a male gunshot victim had been dropped off at St. Joseph East.
28-year-old Sheddrick Dixon died from his injuries.
