JESSAMINE COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) The Jessamine County Sheriff’s Office, with the help of Lexington Police K9 units, arrested two suspects after a burglary on Ethel Drive in Tates Creek Estates.
Chief Deputy Allen Peel said that the burglary took place Thursday morning. 30-year-old William C. Cunliffe, of Nicholasville, was arrested at a residence that was near the home that was burglarized. 29-year-old John Whisman, of Nicholasville, was captured by a K9 Unit of Lexington in the crawl space of the same residence.
Both men were charged with burglary 1st. Deputy Peel said that a .22 pistol was taken in the burglary. Both suspects were taken to the Jessamine County Detention Center.
