MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. (WPSD) — A man is in custody after deputies say he filmed himself performing a lewd act on a toothbrush in someone’s home.
According to WPSD, the male victim reported the burglary on April 3. Deputies responded to the home, but they didn’t find anyone inside or around the home.
Then, investigators say the man who broke into the home later sent a video to the victim’s phone. Deputies say the video shows 36-year-old Justin Stamper of Paducah in the man’s bathroom performing a lewd act with the victim’s toothbrush. Deputies say he then put the toothbrush back where he got it.
The video was sent to the victim several days after it was recorded.
Stamper was arrested on charges of second-degree burglary and first-degree wanton endangerment. Before he was arrested Thursday, Stamper was out on bond on multiple drug charges and a stolen firearm charge.
