LEXINGTON, Ky (LEX 18) Three men accused of killing a UK student more than two years ago were back in court Monday morning. A judge set their trial date.
Jonathan Kreuger was murdered in 2015. A judge ruled that Justin Smith and Efrain Diaz are competent to stand trial.
The two men, along with Roman Gonzalez, are set to go to trial March 11, 2019.
The trial is scheduled to last four weeks.
