LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) — A Lexington man is scheduled to return to court Tuesday morning after being charged with murder.
Steven Young, 24, pleaded not guilty to charges in the death of 28-year-old Sheddrick Dixon.
Dixon died last month after being shot on Trent Circle.
In the early morning hours of March 18, Lexington police responded to reports of shot being fired near Trent Circle.
Police found evidence of a shooting — several cars and a home with bullet holes — but no victim.
Less than an hour later, Dixon showed up with a gunshot wound at Saint Joseph East Hospital, where he later died.
Young’s preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for 8:30 a.m.
