GARRARD COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — The Garrard County Animal Shelter says it has regained possession of a dog it described as "extremely vicious" after it allegedly bit a child.
In a Facebook post earlier Wednesday the shelter said the dog was believed to have bitten a 6-year-old on Tuesday night.
Saying "We need him found IMMEDIATELY!!" the posting asks anyone who spots the dog to call the shelter at 859-792-1562 or dispatch 859-792-2244.
In a followup post, it said it had taken possession of "Rambo" and that the dog was being quarantined.
