MCCREARY COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18) The body of a missing McCreary County man was found in Marsh Creek in Whitley City Thursday.
The Sheriff’s Department confirms that kayakers found the body of Darren Kidd around 2:30 p.m.
Kidd was last seen on January 4th. His girlfriend reported him missing the next day. His body was found about three miles from where he was last seen.
The body was identified as Kidd on Friday.
The sheriff tells LEX 18 that there were no signs of foul play.
