RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) — Officials in Russell County removed a man’s body from Lake Cumberland overnight.
The recovery happened just before midnight, authorities say.
Authorities tell LEX 18 that officials with the Sheriff’s Department and state Fish and Wildlife Department removed the body from Lily Creek on Lake Cumberland.
The identity of the dead man was not immediately known.
The cause of death also is under investigation.
