:LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18) – UK Police arrested a man after he was found lying unconscious on the floor of the Student Center.
Police were dispatched to the Student Center on Avenue of Champions around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday to the report of a subject down inside the building. Upon arrival, officers noticed several broken windows and merchandise strewn about.
Inside, police say they found 22-year-old Jahi O. McNabb. According to his arrest citation, McNabb appeared to be intoxicated. He told the arresting officer that he was "just too drunk and did not mean to do the things he did."
He was charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief and Public Intoxication.
