LOUISVILLE (WAVE3) — A bicyclist was killed Saturday morning and a motorist was arrested in a collision on Dixie Highway.
WAVE3 reports here that the crash occurred about 12:45 a.m. when a sport-utility vehicle hit a cyclist on Dixie near Pendleton Road.
Louisville Metro Police said the SUV hit a woman on a bicycle. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver remained at the scene and is facing a charge of driving under the influence.
