MADISON COUNTY, Ky. (LEX 18) – A shocking arrest made at a Berea McDonald’s after witnesses told police a man was looking in the windows with his pants down.
Ty Embry, 52, of Paint Lick was taken into custody on Saturday on charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct.
According to an arrest citation, someone called police after three witnesses reported seeing Embry looking in the windows of the restaurant with his pants down, touching himself inappropriately.
Reportedly, a responding officer found Embry behind the McDonald’s on Brendwood Street. Embry told the officer that his colostomy bag had busted open, according to the citation.
Embry was arrested and is being lodged at the Madison County Detention Center.
