KNOX COUNTY, Ky (LEX 18)– A man has been arrested after allegedly threatening to kill all Knox County law enforcement officials.

According to the sheriff’s department, 29-year-old Timothy Roark posted the threats to Facebook last Saturday and Sunday.

In addition to saying he’d kill all the officers, he also named the Barbourville Police Office on the Knox County Sheriff’s Office Facebook Page.

An arrest warrant was obtained charging Roark with third-degree terroristic threatening.

Roark was located and taken into custody without incident at a residence on Stephen Trace Road, south of Barbourville.

He was also wanted on a Whitley County Bench Warrant for failure to pay the fine on an Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operators License charge.

Roark was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center
