ANDERSON COUNTY, Ky (Anderson News) According to the Anderson News, a man has been indicted for allegedly giving alcohol to a foreign exchange student and sexually abusing her.
45-year-old Chad Edward Wollums was arrested in February after police said he showed up at Anderson County High School with flowers and perfume for the girl.
The student was granted emergency protection.
