LEXINGTON, Ky. (LEX 18)– The suspect in a Lexington shooting that happened months ago has been arrested.
25-year-old Javonte Briscoe was placed in the Fayette County Detention Center on Tuesday.
Police say he’s the one who left another man with non-life threatening gunshot wounds on North Broadway at 5th Street on Sept. 28 of last year.
Briscoe is charged with first-degree assault.
