RICHMOND, Ky. (LEX 18)– The Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post is asking for the public’s help identifying two males that allegedly used several stolen credit cards following a theft from a vehicle that happened yesterday in Madison County.
As a result of the initial investigation, KSP has received surveillance photographs of two males that used the stolen credit cards to purchase several pre-paid gift cards at the Walmart near the Hamburg shopping center in Lexington.
