LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE 3) – There is a heavy police presence in downtown Louisville due to a situation unfolding.
Heavily armed officers have been called to the report of a man with a gun inside a parking garage on South Fifth street, between Muhammad Ali Boulevard and West Chestnut Street near Kentucky Towers.
Police are asking people to avoid the area.
